The Circumference (C) {the outside ring) of a circle equals 2 Pi's (Pi=3.14){2 Pi=6.28} multiplied by the Radius (R) {half way through the middle of the circle}.

Hope that helps! :-) If I got it wrong, someone smarter them me should correct me. But I'm pretty sure that's right.
