A cube number normally refers to a number that is a cube of an integer.

Now 13 = 1*1*1 = 1 and 23 = 2*2*2 = 8. So, if 6 were a cube then it would have to be the cube of a whole nmumber between 1 and 2. But there are no integers between 1 and 2. SO 6 cannot be a proper cube.

Having said that, 6 IS the cube of the irrational number that is approximately 1.817121

Is 216 a square number or a cube number?

It is a cube number because 6*6*6 = 216

What is the area of base of a cube?

The question is a little confusing. The side of a cube is a one-dimensional measurement. For example, let's say the cube has a side of 3 cm. The area of one face is that number, squared - in this example, 9 cm2. The total area of the cube is 6 times this number (54 cm2), since the cube has 6 sides. The question is a little confusing. When a number cube is rolled once what is the probability of getting an odd number greater than five?

it depends on how many numbers are on the number cube. if it only goes to 6, then the probability is 1/6. if it goes to 8 then the probability is 2/8. and so on and so on...

What is six more than the cube of a number?

Well, honey, if you want to get technical, six more than the cube of a number can be expressed as x^3 + 6, where x is the said number. But hey, don't stress too much about it – math is just a puzzle waiting to be solved. Just plug in a number and watch that equation come to life!
