if it was 80 percent, you would turn it into the fraction 80/100 and simplify it into 4/5. to turn it into a decimal you would do .80 because .80 is eighty percent of 100...kind of confusing i know, but it is easy for me now:)

By dividing the percentage by 100 as for example 25% = 0.25 and as a fraction = 1/4
decimals fractions and percents are all alike because they show parts of 100, per 100(percent, cent representing for 100, century)
Fractions, decimals and percents aren't integers
They are all the same, fractions can be turned into percents and percents can be turned into fractions. hope that helps :)
To turn improper and proper fractions to decimals, divide the numerator by the denominator. Examples: 1. 27/10 = 27 ÷ 10 = 2.7 2. 11/36 = 11 ÷ 36 = 0.3055 To turn mixed fractions to decimals, add the whole number to the quotient of the proper fraction. 6 1/8 = 6 + (1 ÷ 8) = 6 + 0.125 = 6.125
All terminating decimals can be written as fractions.
