this isnt quite right, 50 is the answer if dividing by two. if all the numbers between 1 and 100 where written out in a line and then you crossed of one number from each end at a time you end up with 50 and 51 left in the middle. in other words you do not get one whole number (an integer) the answer would have to 50.5.

To find the middle number between 1 and 100, you first need to calculate the average of the two numbers. The average of 1 and 100 is (1 + 100) / 2 = 50.5. Therefore, the middle number between 1 and 100 is 50.5.

Oh, dude, the middle number between 1 and 100 is 50. I mean, it's like basic math, right? You just add the two numbers together and divide by 2. So, yeah, it's 50. I hope that clears things up for you.
