1/x can equal anything. There isn't anothe side, so we don't have enough informaiton to answer that. However, the bigger the value of x in 1/x, the smaller 1/x will be. The smaller the value of x, the bigger 1/x will be.

∙ 14y agox * x-1 = 1 because x-1 is just another way of saying 1/x, and: x * 1/x = x/x = 1
sin x times sin x. or 1/cosec2(x) or 1 - cos2(x) or tan2(x)*cos2(x) etc, etc.
3 over x is one because in algebra x is always 1
arctan(x)
csc(x) = 0 is the same as 1/sin(x) = 0. One over some other number is never equal to zero (though it is sometimes undefined). Therefore no x exists that satisfies that equation.
An equation where x = -5
If: 1/x = 3.5 Then: 1/x+2 must equal 5.5
x^0 = 1 1/1 = 1

x/3x + 4 = 4 1/3.

-1/2*x-3/2 which is equal to -1/[2*x3/2]
For any fraction to equal zero, the numerator has to equal zero. So, we have to make 1-x-2=0. Simplify and get x=-1. If you meant 1-x^2, then do the same thing: 1-x^2=0. Simplify and get x=±1
If f(x) = 1/(x-1) then f-1(x) = (1/x) +1 PS...Type your question more clearly.
1/3 x 4/5 = 4/15
It all depends on what x equals. In this case for x over 2 to equal 3 over 6, x would have to equal 1. But lets say x equals, so 4 over 2 which could also be written as 2 over 1 or just 2. If you need anymore help or understanding just write a message on my message board. :)
Well It came mean several things. Say its 9 over 27, and it says it is equal to 1 over x, you could easily find out it is 9 over 27 = 1 over 3.
