The short answer is 1. 1 ml and 1 cc are pretty much the same measure. Volume in cc is based on a one-centimeter cube (measure of length). Volume in ml is based on one gram of water at 4 degrees Celsius (measure of mass) Purists draw a distinction & there are corrections in the 5th or 6th decimal place.
The si unit litre is already a cubic unit, so this question
makes no sense. If you meant cubic millimetre, the answer would be
1000 (difference is 10^3)
