Well, honey, if we're talking about a standard serving size of 8 ounces per person, you're gonna need around 12.5 gallons of iced tea for 100 people. Just make sure to have some extra on hand for those thirsty folks who can't get enough of that sweet tea goodness.

12 1/2 gallons would provide one large (16 oz.) glass for everybody. If you put ice cubes in the glass and the tea is not iced, I would think that 8 gallons might do it, so 12 gallons would allow seconds for many. Tea is relatively cheap- be sure to make plenty. You can make it very strong and dilute it as you need it.

Find out how much a scoop holds, decide how many scoops you want give each person and divide that into one gallon. By the way what type of gallon are you using?

100 gallons, it depends on how long you want it to last.

200 scoops. That is if each person wants 2 scoops. However if on average each person only wants one scoop, then 100 scoops.
