depends on where you make the line. if you make it horizontal, then yes. If you make the line vertical then no. cut out the letter "c" and try and make different line of symmetry and then you can figure out different ways to make symmetrical lines.

Yes, the letter C has a line of symmetry. If you draw a line through the middle of the C horizontally, that will be the line of symmetry.
