There is no set height. Most smaller surfaces can be lit at about 28" above the surface top, while larger surfaces may warrant a height of 32 to 34 inches. The farther away the light is, the larger pool of light it casts, but the less bright it is. Anywhere from 28 to 34 inches is best for most situations. It is really your choice.
top of bannister should be 36 inches above nose of tread

Without knowing some more facts, there could be several different answers to explain why a ceiling fan's lights "go out":someone has turned them off at the switch for the lights on the fan unit;the light bulbs are "dead" and need replacing because their filaments have broken;there is a fuse protecting the lighting circuit and it needs replacing because it blew from the surge of high current that sometimes happens when a light bulb "dies";there is a timer in the fan unit which turns the lights off after a certain period of time;the wiring from the switch to the light has become disconnected;the switch in the fan that controls the lights is broken and needs to be replaced...
There are several different types of LED lights available, each designed for specific purposes. Here are some common types: Standard LED Bulbs: These are the most common type of LED lights used for general lighting purposes in homes, offices, and commercial spaces. They come in various shapes and sizes to fit standard light fixtures. LED Tubes: LED tube lights are designed to replace traditional fluorescent tube lights. They offer energy savings and longer lifespans compared to fluorescent tubes. LED Strips: Also known as LED tape lights or ribbon lights, LED strips consist of small LED chips mounted on a flexible circuit board. They are versatile and commonly used for accent lighting, under-cabinet lighting, and decorative purposes. LED Spotlights and Floodlights: LED spotlights and floodlights provide focused illumination and are commonly used for outdoor lighting, security lighting, and highlighting architectural features. LED Panel Lights: LED panel lights are thin, flat lighting fixtures that provide uniform illumination. They are often used in offices, schools, hospitals, and commercial buildings as a replacement for traditional fluorescent troffer lights. LED Downlights: LED downlights, also known as recessed lights or can lights, are installed into the ceiling to provide directional lighting. They are popular for both residential and commercial applications. LED High Bays and Low Bays: These are powerful LED fixtures designed for high-ceiling environments such as warehouses, factories, gymnasiums, and retail spaces. LED Street Lights: LED street lights offer energy efficiency and long lifespans for outdoor lighting applications, including street lighting, parking lots, and pathways. LED Grow Lights: LED grow lights are specifically designed to support plant growth indoors. They provide the necessary spectrum of light for photosynthesis and are commonly used in indoor gardening, hydroponics, and commercial greenhouse operations. Smart LED Lights: These are LED lights that can be controlled remotely via smartphones, tablets, or smart home systems. They often come with features such as dimming, color-changing capabilities, and scheduling options for customizable lighting experiences. this information is provided by: world smart led

Instead of traditional florescent light tubes over a counter, try pendant lights with florescent bulbs. A pair of pendant lights over a double sink creates effective lighting. If you have a longer counter, three creates a stylish composition. Pendant lights are especially helpful in kitchens with high ceilings since conventional, ceiling-mounted lights are too far away for the close-up work of food preparation. If you have a counter or island where you set out food at parties, a row of mini pendant lights provides attractive and functional lighting.
However high it looks right!
Typically, a pendant light should hang around 30-36 inches above the dining room table. This allows for optimal lighting and prevents the light from being too low or too high. Adjust as needed based on the size of your table and the height of your ceiling.
Eye level. Something to look at when you're going.

That's a matter of personal preference and the style of the lighting. You CAN get bathroom lights that are attached to the sides of the mirror, but generally they go to the top edge.
57" above the finished floor to the center of the picture. Measure from the picture center to the hanger and add that to the 57".

You don't need to hang it too high tht it looks really wierd or too low that you can easily bang your head on the picture . Here is my advise, if you have kids and they love to climb onto your couch well then you should just hang it higher than you intend it to be so they won't scratch it or make it dirty.
yes, but i think more off bright lights not high lights
it depends upon the wattage of light bulb used, but generally around 3 feet
