Yes of course. The blades of the fans are little bit curved and a little bit inclined so as to suck air right from the top and push downwards.

In case of exhaust fan fit in big shops and kitchen, that would suck the hot air from inside and send it outside the shop or kitchen.

If suppose the blades are flat, then there is no use of making the fan to rotate and we cannot enjoy sitting under.
In this context, a plane is a 2 dimensional surface, think of a board or table top. If it's tilted up from being flat, it's inclined.

A ceiling fan pushes air in a direction by having the fan blades inclined. In the summer, they spin one way to push air down, helping to cool you by evaporating sweat. Most fans have a switch to reverse the spin so that in the winter they pull air up, which will in turn push the warmer air up (heat rises, so warm air collects at the ceiling). Since the ceiling is right above it, pushing that air up forces it along the ceiling and down the walls, where it will mix with cooler air (the idea being to mix the air so that the thermostat won't come on as often).
A fan is a inclined plane because it is okay no really idk just searched it up and this came up lol
