I believe (now I'm not 100% sure about this) that it means that the person only has one personality. The personality the person shows and you see is the person's true and only personality. The person doesn't have a secret personality. Ex. A girl that is a jock, bully, goth, and is the tough girl at school also has a secret side of herself that likes to where bright, girly, pink things and wishes to be a princess with a knight in shining armor.
