These words are all quite self-descriptive, so I wonder what kind of answer you seek. A triangle is a 3-sided figure-- very unusual for any kind of table. A trapezoid is a four-sided figure, like many tables, but requires only 2 of the sides to be parallel- again a very odd shape for a table, except for the special case of trapezoid, called a rectangle. An oval is a circle with one axis stretched out- a common shape for a dining table, but not likely for a conference table. since it does not fit neatly in a rectangular room. Kidney shape is like a kidney or a kidney bean- like an oval that is bent and pressed in at the middle- not a common shape for a table.
