A circle is by definition 2-dimensional (flat). If you mean a circle that is wider in one direction than the other, than you are thinking of an ellipse.
It could be an oval unless it is squashed completely flat.
the bible says so
Curved and flat faces.
In geometry, a circle is a two-dimensional object, so it does not have a surface. Only three-dimensional objects have surfaces. A disc is a flat, circular three-dimensional object.
a "Flat circle thing that's flat" ;)
It is called an flat angle

An inscribed circle.
It could be an oval unless it is squashed completely flat.
the 3d shape that that has no flat face is the circle
If its 2d its called a semi-circle, if its 3d its called a semi-sphere.
The area that lies north of the Antarctic Circle is called the Antarctic Circle.
Its a circle.
This imaginary line is called the great circle. A great circle is the shortest distance between two point on a sphere. On a flat map the great circle route takes the shape of the arc of a circle due to the projection method used to fit the path on the earth's sphere to a flat surface.
because the flat side of a cone is a circle.
A flat round object is a circle. Surface area of a circle = pi*radius squared.
