1. Lie face down (on your belly) on a mat/floor in push-up position with hands under your shoulders, fingers straight, and legs straight, parallel, and slightly apart, with the toes supporting the feet.

2. Straighten your arms and keep the back and knees straight

3. Lower your your body until there is a 90-degree angle at the elbows and your upper arms are parallel to the floor. They only part of your body which should be changing is your arms. The rest of your body should remain stiff and your knees should not be bending.
