The radius and area of a circle if the circumference is 157 are:r = 25A = 1,960
The circumference of a circle with a 7cm radius is 44cm. The area is 154cm2
The area and circumference of a circle with a radius of 9.5 mm are:A = 284mm2C = 59.7mm
Pi is the number of times the diameter of a circle will fit into the circumference. Pi is not a circle, and does not have a circumference or area. To calculate a circumference USING pi, the circumference is diameter * pi. To find the area using pi, area = pi * radius * radius
Circumference of a circle = 2*pi*radius or diameter*pi Area of a circle = pi*radius squared
there is no constant that will calculate this, since circumference is calculated with only radius and area with radius squared. you will have to calculate the radius using the initial circumference and then the radius again for the new circumference (with the 50 added). then calculate an area for each radius..then you can see the increase.
The radius and area of a circle if the circumference is 157 are:r = 25A = 1,960
Circumference = 2*pi*radius Area = pi*radius2
Area = π × radius² → radius² = area/π → radius = √(area/π) Circumference = 2 × π × radius = 2 × π × √(area/π) = √(2² × π² × area/π) = √(4 × π × area)
Radius = square root of (area/pi) Circumference = 2*pi*radius
28.26=area 18.84=circumference
circumference doesn't matter when solving for area..
pi*radius2 = area radius = square root of (area/pi) circumference = 2*pi*radius
The circumference of a circle with a 7cm radius is 44cm. The area is 154cm2
area: pi times radius squared circumference: pi times radius
2 x pi x radius = circumference pi x radius squared = area
The area and circumference of a circle with a radius of 9.5 mm are:A = 284mm2C = 59.7mm
