well its just a technical term of math that's used in formulas that is college math. Albert Einstein probably said pi=3.14. but really there are more numbers. all i know is 3.1459265358979 or 22/7. if you do the number line thingy and find 22/7 the number will be somewhat like 3.14. if you want the real answer why just die, go to heaven, and ask albert in person. or find his great-grandmother or reaserch.
Diameter = 314/pi feet
You have to use the equationcircumference is equal to the radius multiplied by "pi" multiplied by twoC = 2 * π * rBecause your circumference is a known value, the only unknown value left is the radius. Simply solve the equation.314 / (2*π) = rr = 50.0 feet
(12 x "pi" x 20) + 2(36 x "pi") which equals 314 x "pi" which equals about 985.96 when pi is 3.14
Using 3.14 as Pi the area of circle is: 314.0
If you mean a circle: the circumference is equal to diameter x pi, or 2 x pi x radius.If you mean a circle: the circumference is equal to diameter x pi, or 2 x pi x radius.If you mean a circle: the circumference is equal to diameter x pi, or 2 x pi x radius.If you mean a circle: the circumference is equal to diameter x pi, or 2 x pi x radius.

100*pi≈314 feet
314 feet²Area of a circle = pi x radius²let pi = 3.14A = 3.14 x 10²A = 3.14 x 100A = 314 feet²
314 is not a perfect square, but the square root is equal to approximately 17.720
