A theory
If a hypothesis has been tested many times (using approved experimental methods), and each test has proven the hypothesis to be true, the hypothesis can be taken to be a fact, or truth.
Job was tested two times. He kept faith in God and for that, he was blessed.
Theories are ideas accepted as most likely true. Theories are basically hypotheses which have been tested many times by many people and are found to be true.

A hypothesis could be that your power is the same. Or it could be that your power is a million times greater or only one millionth. You decide!A hypothesis could be that your power is the same. Theory
Here is a possible comparison of a hypothesis and a theory in science: A hypothesis is basically an educated guess, where nothing has been tested yet, whereas a theory is a hypothesis that has been tested over and over, numerous times, with the same results.
Evolution is an observed and observable fact. The theory of evolution by natural selection explains many things about evolution. The theory generates testable hypothesis, as any good theory does. Remember, theory is the highest concept in science.
If your hypthesis is not supported, you may need to think about it; it may then be revised and tested again
Many times these are things that cannot be controlled. Some factors may be temperature, time of day, and the materials that are used.
To be of any use to science, a hypothesis must be able to be tested. For instance, I might have a hypothesis that there is a civilization of giant butterfly people living in another galaxy. If I have no way to test this idea, then it really isn't a hypothesis. It would just be a wild guess.
A well-tested hypothesis that has consistently been validated is the theory of gravity, which posits that objects with mass attract one another. This hypothesis has been supported through numerous experiments and observations, from the fall of an apple to the ground to the orbits of planets around the sun. Each time, the predictions made by the theory have proven accurate, reinforcing our understanding of gravitational forces in the universe.
