∙ 9y agoYour example is confusing -- while 2^4 = 4^2, in general it is false that x^y=y^x, so not sure what you mean by "converting powers."
A relevant rule is that (a^b)^c = a^(bc) (power of a power is product of powers)
If a=2, b=2, and c=2
then a^b = 2-squared = 4 and the formula gives
4^2 = 2^(2*2)
which is true.
Also (a^b)*(a^c) = a^(b+c) (multiply numbers, add powers)
and (a^b)/(a^c) = a^(b-c) (divide numbers, subtract powers)

10 to the 3rd power
Yes, it only contains terms of x and no powers
It was found convenient to have prefixes for different powers of 10 - and especially powers of 1000. "Kilo" was chosen for 1000. It is derived from a Greek word meaning 1000.
Yes. It has variables x, y etc and their powers.
You can get posideon, zeus, hades, grover, and medusa and I don't get part 2 of your question

Nuclear fusion. Mainly, converting hydrogen-1 to helium-4.
"Super powers" is something that appears in fantasy stories, not in real life.
No, but human can get spirital powers. Search crystal and indigo children online for more info.
