Yes, of course. A teacher is a human being, so a teacher who is incompetent or dishonest at
his/her job can falsify the records in any old way that doesn't reflect the true nature of the work
you do in the class. But what would that get you, really ? Wouldn't the day come eventually
when somebody looks at your school record, and expects you to know something that you
don't know, or expects you to be able to do the kind of learning that you can't do ?

u will have to openly ask someone (favourite teacher , friends or yourself) what are your negative points and try to work on smoothing them. If you find it too philosophical then the only way is not to wait till the last moment but keep in touch with the subject regularly
