Not always because it could be less than 0 as for example -3 because an integer is a whole number without decimals or fractions
It would be any integer that is ten (10) less than itself: Example: 100, 90, 80, 70, etc. Or -100, -110, -120. -130 etc.
There are no positive integers less than any negative ones.
