Integers are whole numbers, both positive and negative. Therefore, adding and subtracting integers would be adding and subtracting whole numbers. Examples: 8+2 -8+2 8-2 -8-2
2, 3 and 5
5 and 3 are two prime numbers which on adding give 8.
It depends on whether you're adding, subtracting, multiplying, etc.
please give me examples of roots of irratoinal numbers now!
Adding two numbers can never yield an odd number - since all odd numbers are divisible by 1 - and adding 1 to 1 always yields 2 !

There are a lot of numbers in between those two; so I will give you three examples. Examples: 0.5, 0.4, 0.3

That's impossible. Adding up an odd number of odd numbers will give an answer that is an odd number. 50 is an even number. So adding up 5(5 is an odd number) odd numbers will not give 50, an even number.
Composite numbers have more than two factors as for example 9 and 48
adding fractions is like adding a WHOLE lot of parts of numbers
-- Temporarily ignore the signs. -- Add the numbers without their signs. -- Give the sum the same sign as the original two numbers have.
