39.5 is a fraction. It is a fraction in decimal form rather than in the form of a ratio. However, that does not stop it being a fraction. And, being a decimal, there is no simpler form. Its rational equivalent is 395/10 which can be simplified to 79/2, in my view a clumsier fraction to work with!.

An infinite numner is a number that is bigger than any other number. Pi is well defined, it is bigger than 3.1415 but smaller than 3.1416, so it is not infinite, even though the number of decimal numbers need to represent it may well be.
the dsixl comes with a special charger bigger than the ds lite(and the dsi isn't much bigger) so i don't think it would work
