first you think that is 2 a repeating decimal.... and can u reduce it if its not a repeating decimal and u cant reduce it then it is a rational number
if you r using division to write a fraction as a decimal how do u know when to stop dividing
you basically just write the point what ever at the top and then u put 100 at the bottom.
