0.1 is 10% and 0.25 is 25%...Do you see a pattern?

Your tenths place and hundredths place make up the first two digits of a percent.

(in 0.25: 2 is the tenths and 5 is the hundredths)

So if you have any digits after the hundredths place, they'll go after the decimal point in the percent.

Ex. 0.5838 = 58.38%

1.904 = 190.4%

Basically, you move the decimal point twice to the right and put a % at the end of it!
