You can't, square meters is area and lineal is length.
If what you are asking is actually "how do I know how many linear metres worth of dimensions there are in a specific area", you could not know without referring to the dimensions dictating the area (say a drawing etc.)
If you knew the area you could work out what those two linear dimensions 'might' be by doing some mathematical experimenting for example if it was 100 sq m you need to work out what two number times together would be 100 sq m
e.g
25 x 4
50 x 2
12.5 x 8
etc.
I don't understand converting an area to a lineal measurement. Do you mean the length of the side of a square of that area? This would be 201.168 meters.
You need to know the width (in metres) of the decking. Then Linear (or lineal) Metres * Width = Square metres so Linear Metres = Square Metrage / Width
Multiply feet by 0.3048
you don't. square feet is area, lineal feet is distance.
This is not a valid conversion. Square meters is a measure of area while 93 cm is a measure of length or distance.

Those two units are completely unrelated. You don't convert them.
You simply can't convert between linear units and square units.
You need to know the width (in metres) of the decking. Then Linear (or lineal) Metres * Width = Square metres so Linear Metres = Square Metrage / Width
Lineal metres = Square metre/Width of the timber.So linear metres = 20/0.083 = 240.96 metres.
Quite simply, you don't convert from square meters to linear meters. Those units are not compatible.
Multiply feet by 0.3048
None. A lineal metre is a measure of distance while a square metre is a measure of area. The two measure different things and it makes no sense to try to convert from one to the other.
Lineal metres = Square metres/Width of the boards.
To convert lineal meters to cubic meters for timber, you would need to know the width and height of the timber in meters. The formula is: Cubic meters = Lineal meters * width * height. Multiply the lineal meters by the width and height to calculate the volume in cubic meters.
Meaningless. It's like asking how many feet per hogshead. You can't convert one into the other.
Lineal metres = Square metre/Width = Square metres/0.14
