Well, first you find the greatest common factor in both the numerator and denominator that they both share, and then you divide each fraction by that factor. For example: 20/100. The GCF of those numbers is 20. Divide 20 by 20=1. Divide 100 by 20=5. So your answers are 1/5

The simlest form is dividing the fraction top and bottom evenley.So say that you have 5 10ths you would divide the 5 and the 10 evenley and get your answer.In fractions instead of saying top and bottom you say numirator and denomitor
