Two possibilities 1. (9+2) X 5 = 11 X 5 = 55 2. 9 + 2X5 = 9 + 10 = 19 Does your problem have parenthesis aka "()" symbols in it? ?
Yah, (80 + 10)... it's a polynomial but after you add them up, (90) it's a monomial. Hope I helped :)

no it's not because 10 is not prime; it's composite. from what i would write it would be 2x5 squared or to the 2nd power. another way to write it is 2 squared x 5 squared and you'll get 100 both ways
