To find the area of a circle, use the formula: pi multiplied by the radius, squared. More commonly seen as pi x r^2.

Basically: get the radius of your circle (from the middle to the outside, in metres) then square it (multiply it by itself).

Then take your answer and multiply it by the pi button on your calculator (looks like a funny n). If you don't have one, multiply it by 3.14 to get a rough answer.
