90 to feed a family of 3 for a week => 30 to feed one for a week => 30*5 to feed a family of 5 for a week ie 150. However, this assumes that it costs the same to feed adults and children in a family (unlikely), and that there are no economies of scale (also unlikely).

Increasing your weight in one week is pretty impossible and at the same time not healthy too. If you want to gain weight you must have a good workout plan and a proper diet plan for atleast 2-3 months before which you can start seeing healthy weight gains.
a stone=14lbs to lose 7 lbs in a month try running 3 days a week for 30 minutes each or try walking 5 days a week for 1.5 hours briskly. stay away from the sugars eat every 4 hours but just a little food. enough to put into both your hands cupped.... try it... i bet you might lose more depending on what your actual bmi is... if you are over weight then you'll lose more but if your skinny then you may not lose a thing or even gain muscle mass and gain weight.
