This is more complicated than it first appears. You cannot simply add percentages together - you need to know what they are percentages out of.
So if you have x% being a out of b so that x = 100*a/b
and y% being c out of d so that y = 100*c/d
Then the sum of the percentages is 100*(a+c)/(b+d).
The clearest way to see that you cannot simply add up the percentages is, if you get a 50% score in one exam and a 50% score in another, you do NOT get 100% in the two exams combined!
2 = 200%
maybe but I have never heard of such thing so i think you may have done the sum wrong.
24.5%+20.3%
The sum of two and two is four.
You cannot calculate weights to percentages. Percentages are comparisons of two related quantities so you can have one weight as a percentage of another weight, but not by itself.
The sum of all percentages (in a circle graph or anywhere else) is 100%, which by definition is the totality of whatever it is that you are discussing.
The sum of the percentages in the percentage composition of a substance is always 100%. This represents the total proportion of the elements that make up the substance.
You can compare two values.
2 = 200%
just the basics. how to sum, multiply, percentages ... etc.

You cannot calculate lengths to percentages. Percentages are comparisons of two related quantities so you can have one length as a percentage of another length, but not by itself.
