The best way is to understand them and learn an example for each that you understand and can keep in your mind.

For example, the distributive property says a(b+c)=ab+ac
know what that means and learn an example such as 2(3+4)=
2x3+2x4=6+8-=14
Understand that this is the same as 2(3+4)=2(7)=14


It is always easier to remember things you understand.
