Converting a fraction to a decimal is easy, all you have to do is determine what place the number is in after the decimal.
For EXAMPLE: With 15.3, the 3 is in the "tenths" place, meaning that it represents "3 tenths", or "3/10." This means that 15.3 is the same as 15 and 3/10.

3.425 --> 5 is in thousandths place = 3 and 425/1000
7.yx --> x is in hundredths place = 7 and yx/100
153% = 153/100 in fraction
153 is an integer and so there is no sensible way of writing it as a fraction or mixed number.
7.65 as a fraction is 153/20.
It is: 0.153 = 153/1000 as a fraction
15.3 = 153/10 in fraction
3.06 as a simplified fraction is 153/50

6.12 in fraction form is 153/25

As an improper fraction in its lowest terms 30.6 = 153/5
