First take off the torchion bar, then remove the two small fluid lines that are mounted onto the unit , then reach up take hold of the steering shaft and rotate the entire unit forward toward the rad,until the mounting bolt holes of the unit are facing forward, then slide the whole unit toward the passengers side of the vehicle until the tie rod shaft on the drivers side clears the frame , then while wiggling the unit gently here, and there,slide the whole thing clean out of the vehicle. Be patient this really works I just did it on My 98, which is now for sale! Be Blessed... HR
Remove wiper arm caps, nuts & arms. Remove cowl louver cover. Disconnect wiper motor electrical connector. Remove 6 bolts and remove wiper linkage assembly. Disconnect wiper link from wiper motor. Remove 4 screws and wiper motor from firewall.

You order a replacement pump. I got mine at Rockauto.com then you unbolt the unit remove the in and out fuel lines and pull your old one off. Reverse for installation.
