If it is simple calculators, input in the following order: (for a fraction a/b)

1) a

2) division sign

3) b.

Easy. You'll get the decimal form of the fraction though.

To change a decimal to a fraction,

for a decimal number 0.CD,

1) 0.CD / 1

2) CD /100

3) divide CD and 100 by the same number if there's any common factor.

If it is a scientific calculator:

Use the button "a]b]c".
