this can be confusing at first it definantly was for me but its extremely easy after awhile of doing it.... first you make a square then put the numbers in then you multiply the side number by the first top number then the second side number by the second top number then you add it diagonally
hope i helped!!!
Multiply 234 • 57 using lattice multiplication. Show all work.
lattice math is a silly way to do multiplication. I recommend you not to do it.
converting the percent into a decimalmake sure you put the decimal in front of the percentthen multiply or if you know this method try using the lattice method to solve the multiplication problem easierif you done the lattice method then copy down the answer after you add up and multiply

Simple and Traditional multiplication. Then there is Long Multiplication. used for larger numbers. e.g. Simple multiplication 3 x 2 = 6 Long Multiplication. 33 x 22 = 33 x 22 660 66 726 ====

To multiply 82 by 47 using lattice multiplication: Create a 2x2 lattice grid. Write 82 along the top and 47 along the side. Multiply the digits in each box and write the result. Add the diagonals to get the final answer: 82 x 47 = 3844.
The the country that is said to have introduced lattice is Germany

No because it's a bit more advanced
Multiply the number of yards by 3.
