A percent cant be a mixed fraction unless its a percent above 100%...but EXAMPLE: if its 135% it would be (1 35/100) then u would need to reduce Example: 684% it would be (6 84/100) and make sure you reduce...to reduce just divide each side of the fraction by the same number...Example: the fraction is 6 84/100 u would divide each side by 2 so its now 42/50 then do it again 21/25 and you do that over and over again till u cant anymore. if u cant divide by 2 then try 3 and so on until it divides down.
