We know that speed (or V, for velocity) is equal to Distance divided by Time, so we have:
V = D/T


In this case we are looking for T, so we solve the equation for T and we get:
T = D/V


Since we know both D and V we can plug them in to get 100/300 or 1/3 of an hour which is 20 minutes.
