That depends - whether your 4x8 bricks are in centimetres, metres, inches or feet.
1980
no.of bricks =144 x12x144 X12 /(4x8) =93312
Assuming it's 4x8 inches, then one brick = 1/3 feet * 2/3 feet, so the area of a brick is 2feet2/9. 120 feet2/(2feet2/9) = 540 bricks
4x8 what?inches? if those are in inches, then 4/12 ft x 8/12 ft = 2/9 ft2 400 / (2/9) = 1800, therefore, you would need 1800 bricks size 4 x 8 in to fill a space of 400ft2 if those bricks are ginormously sized at 4ft x 8ft, then, you would only need 4ft x 8ft = 32ft2 400ft2 / 32ft2 ==12.5 bricks at 4ft x 8ft. That's a huge piece of brick.
For 80 square feet you will need a 360 4" x 8" bricks.

Let's see here.... If you layed them without mortar between them that would be 18 bricks for every 4 square feet so your answer is 648 bricks.
We also need to know how high you want your building to be!
104 sq feet = 104*12*12 square inches which will require 104*12*12/(4*8) = 468 bricks.
you would find the area of the bricks... 4x8=32... then divide 550 by 32 which equals 17.1875... the answer would be 18 because you would need that .1 of a brick so you could not round down
