There is no equivalence.
A gram is a measure of mass. A quart is a measure of volume. The two measure different things and, according to basic principles of dimensional analysis, conversion from one to the other is not valid.
If you are not convinced, consider a quart of air. How many grams? Next consider a quart of water. How many grams?
The masses of equal volumes of the two substances will clearly be very different. So there is no direct conversion between mass and volume: you need to know the density of the substance to enable you to carry out the conversion.
1 qt = 4 cups 1 cup = 0.25 qt

1.31 qt 1 quart = 32 oz 1 oz = 0.03 qt 1 Imp. qt = 40 oz
1 qt of water is 4 cups.
4 qt = gal 1 qt = 0.25 gal
1 quart = 32 oz 1 oz = 0.03 qt 1 Imp. qt = 40 oz
22 pt 1 qt = 2 pt 1 pt = 0.5 qt
Grams measure mass and milliliters measure volume, so it depends on what substance is in the milliliters. -- 960 milliliters of air at sea level contain about 1.2 grams. -- 960 milliliters of water contain about 960 grams. -- 960 milliliters of gold contain about 18,340 grams. -- 960 milliliters of empty space contain zero grams of anything.
1 1 qt = 2 pt 1 pt = 0.5 qt
1 l = 1.05 qt 1 qt = 0.94 l
2 pt = 1 qt ⇒ 1 pt = 1/2 qt
1 qt = 2 pt, so 5 qt = 10 pt.
