It depends on your current weight, how much excercise you do during this time, your current health, etc. There's alot more that comes into it than just what you eat for a week, if you really want to lose weight, you'll be best going onto a healthy balanced diet and doing lots of excercise for a while, don't starve yourself, that won't help your health.
