is insulated, and what the difference is between the outside temperature and the

inside temperature you want to maintain.

For example, if the house were perfectly insulated and you never opened any doors

or windows, then you'd never need any heating at all. You would only need to cool it

once in a while, to drain off the heat that human beings generate just by being alive.
