A Polygon! Tah-dah! -Andrew D.
There are one or infinitely many points.
The letter D does not have a vertical line of symmetry.
Yes it has a horizontal line of symmetry
lines and line segments are........ LINE: is a group of points on a straight path that extends to invinity ex: d <-----> e = de things that I don't know
A polygon. -Andrew D.
A polygon is a closed 2-D shape with sides made from straight line segments.
Just like line segments or lines, you just need two points to name them. Line ---.-----.-----------------.--------------> A B C D Line= AB Line= BC Ray= CD

The answer to this probably depends on (a) the font and (b) wheter the uppercase letter or the lowercase letters are considered. In this particular font, in uppercase B D E F H I K L M N P R and T all have perpendicular segments, G has a short perpendicular segment J has a perpendicular segment which ends in a curve U has two perpendicular segments joined by a curve and in lowercase b d h i k l m n p r and u all have perpendicular segments a f g j and t all have perpendicular segments with curved parts.
This is likely one of these words: HALOGEN - one of five reactive gas elements, used in some lamps or bulbs HOLOGRAM - a 3-D image produced by a laser POLYGON - a 2-D shape composed of three or more line segments
1, going horizontally through the DOnly one line. A horizontal line through the middle of the letter D.
"e" does not have a line of symmetry. :D
We're having a bit of trouble making out the line shown. "ab" and "ac" would not be the labels of a point ... they would be the labels of two line segments both emanating from the same point called "a". So your point has to be either 'b' or 'd' or both. We'll be able to put a finer point on it if you'll let us have a look at the picture of the line that goes along with the question.
Oh, dude, the letter D has only one line of symmetry. It's like looking in a mirror and seeing half of a D staring back at you. So, if you fold it in half along that line, it's like you're playing a fun little symmetry game with a letter. Cool, right?
