It looks as if the cursor has played tricks and changed the wording from a regular heptagon to regagonular hept.
A regular heptagon has no parallel sides.
A polygon with 7 sides is a heptagon. (hept- = 7)
It means 7 as in an heptagon which has 7 sides
9 million, 100, and 72

The prefixes sept(a)- and hept(a)- may both be used for seven. The month of September was originally the seventh in the Roman calendar.

It depends on how you cut it as to how many sides the two new shapes would have. You could have two shapes, each with 6 sides (cut a stop sign vertically down the middle), or you could have two identical shapes with 5 sides (cut across the diagonal).
7 = hept- sept-
In French, 7 is spelled "Sept" which is pronounced just like the word "Set". "Sept" is just one letter away from "Hept", the beginning of "Heptagon". Cheers!
