To find out how many 99 mg tablets are needed to reach 1000 mg, you divide 1000 by 99. This gives you approximately 10.1 tablets. Since you can't take a fraction of a tablet, you would need to take 11 tablets to exceed 1000 mg.
To determine how many milligram (mg) pills you need to take to achieve a specific number of grams (g), you first need to convert grams to milligrams. Since 1 gram equals 1,000 milligrams, multiply the desired grams by 1,000. Then, divide that total by the strength of the pill in milligrams to find out how many pills you need to take. For example, if you want 1 gram, you would need 1,000 mg, and if your pills are 250 mg each, you would take 4 pills.
You would take 2
