No mint mark means it's from Philadelphia. It's worth exactly one cent.
If it has a D mint mark it's worth 1¢ If it has an S mint mark, it WAS a proof coin worth about a $1.50, but now that it's been removed from its Mint holder, it's lost most if not all of that extra value.
It's not silver. Cents are struck in zinc and then copper-plated. If your coin was dipped in acid to remove the plating it's considered to be damaged and is worth only 1¢ However, if it is a cent that accidentally did not go through the plating process at the Mint it could be worth as much as $80-$100. You'll need to have it appraised by a dealer who specializes in error coins.
It's worth as much as your mamma down on the street corner.
