It depends on your population growth.Population always increases when someone have given birth. It also decreases when someone passed away.It is called,OVERPOPULATION.

when your population was in a city, currently, you will lack food shortage, water and

vacant.A city is where many vehicles that blown out dusty smokes that can cause

lung diseases. If it's always like that of condition, those diseases may spread into

the environment nor to the city/population.It's been 500 diseases that can be spreadable to anyone. Compared to a province, you can live their with no such

vehicles that don't have to blow smoke to cause that diseases. It is very quiet,no

shortages and have so many stricted area / vacant houses. You can also plant vegetables or plants that can help you for your family.
