The Waste Ink Tank is situated at the bottom of the DM100i. You need to call out an engineer to check it. Sometimes this is a false message. Eitherway you would need to phone Pitney Bowes and call out an engineer. The engineer will check if the waste tank is indeed empty. If so, he would replace the ink tank unit. Otherwise he will just clear the purge counter so as to clear the error message and you can carry on using the machine like normal.
No...only the front fender will work without modification, but then the 02 number plate won't work with it...

No, there is not. You will have to remove the gas tank. But before you do you need to check power and grounds to the sending unit.
The one you can access from the license plate area is an overflow tank I believe. The other is the main one. Check the level on the overflow tank. You should see a minimum and maximum level there. The sensor detecting low coolant seems to be connected to the other tank.
If you have an access plate you should not hae to remove fuel tank. Most vehicles do not have an access plate
You can get a petrol tank from the Fuel Tanks Directwebsite where you can get a petrol tank for £55.80 better than taking it to a mechanical garage like kwik fit where they would charge hundreds for a tank and also more money to fit it. (check related link)
