No absolutely not, your reading the prescription wrong, it will say 10/500 or 5/500 or similar the lower number is the amount of Hydrocondone(Vicodin) in the pill the 500 is the amount of non-narcotic acetaminophen in the pill, you would die if you took 600mg of Vicodins, that's 60 of the highest dose pills available you would have to ingest to take 600mg of it, some people on here shouldnt answer questions they know nothing about especially when it could be dangerous.
