It depends what classes you take in math.
No it is not a good score. That score would probably make the 20th or 25th percentile
MAP testing scores are typically reported as RIT scores, which measure a student's academic achievement and growth over time. The average RIT score for 7th grade math is around 240, so a score of 278 is considered above average and indicative of strong math skills. Similarly, the average RIT score for 7th grade ELA is around 240, so a score of 254 is also considered above average and demonstrates proficiency in English language arts.
Oh, isn't that a lovely question? Each student is like a unique little tree in the forest, so there isn't really an "average" score. Just do your best, practice your math strokes, and remember, there are happy little accidents along the way that help us learn and grow. Just keep painting those numbers, and you'll see improvement in no time.
Depends on how many questions are on the test. If you had 213 out of 213 that is good, but if you got 213 out of 400 that isn't so good.
in map testing 260 is a very good score that is like impossible for people get in this

Oh, dude, a score of 268 on a 5th-grade MAP test in math is like totally average. It's not like winning the lottery or anything, but hey, at least you didn't bomb it, right? So, like, don't stress too much about it, you're doing fine.
It depends on your school. In a regular school the average For a fifth grader is 220 so a 6th grader would have about 225 .So that is a good score you have passed the MAP.
I'm not 100% sure, but I think it is about 300. I got a MAP score of 289 recently!
the best map score depends on your grade,i got 230 and im 5th grader thats avergae but i do 6th and 7th grade math at home but not at school,so for a 5th grader a really good score is aroud 250
no it is not i scored 155 in 6th grade dude that's a terrible score unless you mean 255. I scored a 288 you noobs.
Thats pretty good for a person you age, but a 6th grader at my school got a 302.
It is a pretty good score. You will have to check with the state percentiles, but that's an average score. No worrying.
First of all, you have got to just be bragging! Second of all, no it is not good. It is crazy good, but it is also impossible? Either you are just bragging or you share the same brain as Einstein!
