I am not sure what you want to know, but surely math is not just Greek. The ancient
Greeks made great and fundamental contributions to math , particularly in Geometry and
there are modern Greek mathematicians , but the field has expanded exponentially since the heyday of the Greek geometers -excellent mathematicians are now found all over the world. Mathematicians often used Greek letters, but this is only a notational convenience- has nothing to do with the Greek language.
